At Elbak we have been producing fruit for the global market since 1972. We monitor and control the entire production process – from the seed to the perfectly preserved fruit. IFS Food 6.1
Our customers value and can be assured of our exceptional product quality. The independent organisation GFSI (Global Food Safety Initiative) conducts unannounced audits and, by awarding us the IFS FOOD 6.1 certificate, providing accreditation of the standards by which we achieve this product quality. The following areas were audited: Corporate responsibility, systems for quality and food safety management, resource management, manufacturing processes, measurements, analyses, improvements, food defence (protection of the food chain against terrorist acts).
